If the professor does plagiarize your work, rest assured that CU will immediately give the professor a super secret sanction, a sanction so secret, that not even the university nor the sanctioned professor will know what it is!

I don’t know about you, but I’m proud of my country and always have been. If you are only proud of your country to get elected, then you are one sorry sack of shit! I may have not thought much of you before this and don’t think socialism this the right direction for the country, but now, I have lost all respect for you and there is no way I would ever vote for you. Only being proud of your country because they are voting for you is sad and pathetic.
Well it’s official, HD DVD is dead. Toshiba pulled the plug this morning. I hadn’t gotten into the hi def formats until a few months back when I got a great deal on an HD DVD player, I got it for less then a upconverting DVD player so I figured if anything I could use it for that. I picked up a Blu Ray player (PS3) shortly after.
I must say I liked Blu Ray better, The movies looked better in my opinion, but in HDs defense, it may just have been the movies I had (the transfer is everything), because Transformers looked awesome. The things that HD fans cited as making HD better I just didn’t get. They said the BR had region coding, but so does DVD, copy protection which most people don’t notice and both BR and HD had, and that HD had PIP extras, but now BR has it to. The thing I like about BR was that they have almost twice as much space (50gig) on a disk. While HD said it was coming, BR had it from the beginning. Price was another issue and while the HD players were cheaper, the movies were the same price as BR, and most likely prices will come down as with all things, I paid $350 for my first DVD on a very good sale, at the time most DVD players were $500 and movies were $25 or more.
I am glad that the format war is over, I didn’t relish having two Hi Def players and having to switch back and forth between them, and while I didn’t really care which format won as I have both, I am glad that BR won because I have more movies in BR (30+) then in HD (10, I only actually paid for two). I’ll keep the HD as an upconverting player and for the few movies I have, it’s a nice player, but now I can focus on just getting movies, which is what I care about.

Obama should get all of his staff one!
Of course the company making these will see nothing wrong with this will they!
Boy was that a lame Superbowl, and worse, the game sucked as bad as the commercials. Sure there were a few commercials that were good, but thinking back, none really stuck in my mind. The commercial I remember the best was the great IronMan trailer (can’t wait!). The rest were mediocre at best.
As for the game, well I had heard that the Patriots were a great undefeated team, um, why didn’t they have them play? The team the was in their uniforms sucked. I know little about football, the only game I ever watch is the SB and mostly for the commercials, but I could tell that the Patriots were going to lose. Everyone wanted me to root for the Giants because the team I root for always loses, but I really wasn’t rooting for anyone.Halfway through the game I looked over at WB and told her that the Gaints were going to win and that they deserved to win. This was when the Patriots real ahead 7-3. The Giants were all over the Patriots QB like a bum on a ham sandwich(did they have anyone defending him?) while the Pats gave the Giants QB enough time to have a cup of coffee before he decided who he would throw to. Their last touchdown was the only time they seemed to have the will to win, but that disappeared when the Giants got the ball and the defense(?) took over. The team that played best won and they deserved to.
