So we are in the middle of terroristpalooza, or as Islamists call it ramadan! In honor, I have a nice rack of pork ribs currently grilling and am consuming a nice martini. I like to honor ramadan by eating pork every day of the month long ‘holiday’. Tomorrow it’s bacon for breakfast, Yum.

Oh man, I missed a post at PPP for a vegan cookbook, I need a vegan cookbook, every time I cook a vegan they come out dry and stringy and not very flavorful. Must be cause they have so little fat, or meat for that matter. I’ve tried roasting, frying and baking them…. Maybe I should wrap them in bacon first?

I’m not much to get into the Israeli-Palestinian fight but this on the CNN front page caught my eye:

So Israel calling Gaza a ‘hostile entity’ is a major escalation in the conflict? I would have thought that the palestinian rocket attacks would be more of major escalation then that. I check fairly often on CNN and I don’t recall them mentioning the rocket attacks on the front page.

Never Forget

I started blogging several years ago, before most blogging programs and such were popular and myspace was unknown, and hardly anyone had a blog. I tend to blog sporadically; sometimes I will blog lots and then there are times when I do not blog for a few days (or a few weeks). I found out about Payperpost from other bloggers who are making money just by blogging, I figured I should get in on the action. I figured I blog anyway so making a little extra cash while I am at is gravy! Since I have not been blogging all that much recently it may make me blog more if I have the incentive of making extra cash. It is not that I want to use Bakerstreet for blog marketing, I just want to try to make a little money doing something I already do from time to time.

I still plan on writing more posts that are not payed than payed ones, and I think I will still be able to get you thinking about what I have to say, good or bad, I think that I can still manage to get some of my reader’s panties bunched up and piss off many more readers.

So Anna Nicole is still DEAD, who cares? Dale Earnhart is still dead, who cares? Princess Di is still dead, who cares? The MSN does, you can turn on the TV or read any newspaper/magazine and there is some stupid irrelevant dead idiot that they will go on and on about. Every entertainment program will have some story about the whore with fake boobs, or her child or the bang buddy that impregnated her. So of course what is the New Dork Times harping about? That 9/11 needs to be forgotten and locked away never to be mentioned again. Of course it is in the best of interests, we don’t want the American public to suffer September 11th fatigue would we. 9/11? What’s that? Oh did you hear the Princess Di is still dead? Two silicone boobs are rotting in a grave did you hear? Elvis has left the building. Personally, I used to watch Entertainment Tonight every night, but since it was turned into the Dead Fake Boobs show, I change the channel and watch something else. I could care less.

This weekend I was going through stuff in the garage and came across the front page from 9/11 ’01 and the few days afterwards, I plan on never forgetting that day, I bought a frame and framed the front page of the newspaper and placed the other days behind it. I plan on hanging the frame up in the computer room so that I see it every day and remember it. Who deserves more tributes, a dumb hooker with fake boobs that spread easier then soft cream cheese, or the firemen and police officers that ran into a building to rescue as many people as they could before giving their lives?
