How’s it hanging

Posted in Stuff on December 31st, 2006 by sherlock

Youtube is too big a coward to show it, but I’m not.

In Quicktime, video of Saddam’s execution, very graphic… enjoy!

it is big and will take time to load.

Update: I cut out the beginning of the video, it now starts a few seconds before the drop I also cut a 15 second part directly after he drops that was just a black screen. the video was eating up my bandwidth too much, it is now only about 30 seconds and you see the drop and then his body is shown. I still have the original and may repost it later when the interest dies down. This still shows it all, you miss nothing but jarring camera movements.

Raul! Who put this STP in my beer cooler? Stoopid people.

Don’t these idiots have a dictionary? The dumb newscaster, Raoul Martinez, doesn’t even know the difference between “execute” and “assassinate.” On the 11 o’clock news tonight on WESH 2, Raoul “misspoke” (according to the woman at WESH to whom we called and complained) and said Saddam is going to be assassinated. ASSASSINATED! I could believe it was a case of mis-speaking, as the spokeswoman tried to explain, but for the teleprompter that newscasters generally read.

(poor video quality because we don’t have the stuff on hand to capture video from our DVR.)

December 7th

Posted in Are you serious?, Stuff on December 7th, 2006 by sherlock

I’m reprinting the story I ran last year, It is the view of Pearl Harbor if the CURRENT MSM/Democrats/Hollywood had been around back then.

Today is the anniversary of the asian insurgency in Hawaii. Hundreds of American soldiers were killed and wounded in what became known as 12/7. Americans at first rallied together in support of America striking back against the insurgency. The tide turned however when the US struck back not only against the asian insurgency, but also went after dictator Adolf Hitler in Germany. By Dec. 8th, democrats were declaring the war lost and demanding that troops be withdrawn, but that we shouldn’t cut and run but that maybe, how about umm, redeployed? This fell on deaf ears as republicans in a partisan attack used baseless claims of not having sent troops in yet to deflect attention away from the fact that the war was already lost. American soldiers were sent to fight the war both against Japan and Germany. Cries of no war for bratwurst came from the anti-war crowd, as America was handed defeat after defeat at the hands of the the nobel Japanese and German freedom fighters. American casualties kept climbing so fast that newspapers like the LA Times and NY Times would publish editions hourly to keep up with the count. The turning point came on June 6, 1944 with the disastrous landing on the beaches of normandy in a poorly planned ‘mickey mouse’ operation in which an estimated 2500 allied soldiers lost their lives for what turned out to be no good reason other then freedom. Democrats were outraged and demanded an immediate withdrawal of troops and goose stepping classes for all Americans. The media began welcoming their German/Japanese overlords. America’s humiliating defeat came on May 8, 1945 as it was forced to accept Germany’s surrender after the death of peace activist Adolf Hitler. America was once again humiliated a month later on August 15 when it accepted Japan’s Surrender and was forced on September 2 to accept Japan’s formal surrender. America suffered 300,000+ fatalities in the unjustified war of aggression on peaceful nations during the war. Democrats and anti-war protesters celebrated their victory…er defeat by spitting and throwing feces on returning soldiers. An unbiased account of the asian insurgency at Pearl Harbor and the failed WW2.

purely in jest.

Thank you, all who sacrificed their lives and all of those who fought for freedom. You will always be heros.

Beaten to the punch

I was working on a conspiracy theory post about Pearl Harbor, but I was beaten to the punch. A good thing I guess as it was taking me a long time to write. I’ll save mine for next year.

James Kim

A few days ago I heard about a family missing in Oregon. They were headed home from a Thanksgiving visit to family and had disappeared. It was one of those news items you hear but don’t really pay much attention too. Then yesterday on the news they were talking about finding the mother and two kids but that the father was still missing. During the report they showed a photo of the family and the face of the father looked familiar as did his 4 year old daughter. I was going to check if it was who I thought it was, but I got busy and forgot. This morning on the news they had another report and this time I was almost sure it was the person I thought. This morning I looked it up and found I was right. I knew him from the old TechTV channel as a reporter on Fresh Gear. He did a lot of reports on digital cameras and the subject of his pictures were usually his daughter. I’m glad they found his wife and kids safe, hopefully he is found safe too.
