Well I’m really getting pissed at linksys. Once again, the new router crapped out on me. Thankfully Duane brought me a new router to use until I get the linksys replaced.

So I have a week off from work, I have to take the time or I lose it at the end of the year. I hope to be able to work on projects that I have been putting off. I want to get some artwork done and maybe get some writing in there, crank out some t-shirt designs to sell, work on my photography, develop some film. So what did I work on today? What project did I start? What was the grand total of what I did today? Nothing! Bummer! The rest of the week isn’t looking very good for getting stuff done either. Tomorrow is Halloween so I have to set things up to scare the crap out of little children! Wednesday I have to go hit the after Halloween sales, Thursday I have my daughter after school. Doesn’t really leave much time for the rest does it? Oh well, at least I’m not at work.

I have a page called the written word, thing is, none of the links worked. It’s really telling that no one had even ventured there and noticed it was bad. I fixed the links, there is only two things there right now but I may add more.

RTE took her car in for service yesterday, it also had two nails in two tires we wanted fixed. So I am working on a project at work when I get a call from the Honda Tech. When we got the car, we got a Tires for Life promotion they were running. I really have little tolerance for idiots and I was busy when the call came.

Honda – we can’t honor the T4L.
Me – .
Honda – you haven’t had all the required oil changes.
Me – What the fuck does an oil change have to do with tires?
Honda – umm, You have to have the required oil changes,
Me – you didn’t answer the question, what the fuck does oil have to do with tires?
Honda – um…
Me – I have road hazard right?
Honda – yea
Me – then pull the nails and fix the tires
Honda – .
Me – or did I not have the windshield washer fluid changed enough too honor that?
Honda – OK we’ll fix the tires.

I guess I offended him as he complained to RTE when he called her. It looks like the tires for life thing is a ploy to get you to buy the car. Honda says that the oil should be changed every 7500 miles, which we have done, but the T4L thing says we have to change the oil (?) every 5000 miles. Since we were told 7500 and never 5000, Honda is banking on that to ‘fuck you at the drive through’. I sent the service manager a nasty email complaining.

Of course it would be considered racist, even though Islam is not a race but a religion. Of course ‘Christians Suck’ or ‘Jews Suck’ are perfectly fine.

With posting on Protein Wisdom and working on Justice and redesigning the Demented Films website and getting shirts up on the Cafepress website, I haven’t had much time to work on this site. Some people think they can hide behind the vastness of the internet and not be discovered. Tom Foley found out that was not the case, so did Dan Rather and his forgeries, Bill Clinton is hard pressed to explain why an armed drone flew over osama and didn’t take the shot. The internet isn’t as private as some may think.

I finished the shooting script for Justice, it still needs to be edited and maybe some small tweaks but not much, it is 14 pages so it should be about 15 to 20 minutes total. I hope to shoot it during my vacation at the end of October. If anyone out there wants to help out whether in front or behind the camera, that would be nice, you’ll get your name in the credits for your efforts.
